Code Metal is redefining code translation for mission-critical industries, helping defense partners move more quickly and reliably from algorithm to silicon. Our platform accelerates deployment of DSP, RF, communications, and embedded signal processing algorithms onto heterogeneous compute targets, including GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs, and edge SoCs. We also support automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor partners deploying complex algorithms onto constrained hardware with speed and rigor. Role Overview: We are looking for Code Metal’s first Product Marketing Lead — a technical-leaning, full-stack product marketer who can turn our platform into clear messaging, launches, demos, customer proof, and field-ready assets. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, sales, and executive leadership, translating complex technical capabilities into product stories that audiences can understand and trust. You’ll help bring new products and capabilities to market, shaping the messaging, packaging, demo strategy, sales enablement, and customer proof that make our platform credible and compelling. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically about positioning, work well cross-functionally, and roll up their sleeves to ship. The focus is product depth, technical clarity, and customer proof. The right person is curious enough to go deep with engineers, disciplined enough to make the output simple, and energized by turning a complex, ambitious platform into a clear and compelling product story. As the first product marketer at Code Metal, you’ll have significant ownership in building the product marketing foundation for the company. There will be plenty to create, shape, and improve — and not a lot of bureaucracy standing in the way.
