About The Position

Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs to effectively position products and services within the AT&T portfolio, drive customer engagement, support sales growth, and ensure marketing strategies resonate at the local level through market-specific insights, customer behavior, and regional opportunities. This role involves conducting comprehensive market and customer research, developing strategic insights, driving national-to-local marketing strategies, consulting on marketing and growth opportunities, and supporting strategic planning and innovation. The position is for an experienced professional, recognized as an expert, who can creatively resolve complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. They will lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions, mentoring less experienced staff, implementing long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborating with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive studies to evaluate market share, customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and the effectiveness of marketing and sales programs.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and localized market insights to identify opportunities, assess new initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Create detailed reports and executive-ready presentations that translate research findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Communicate customer, market, and DMA-specific insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and go-to-market teams to develop and refine marketing programs that align national business objectives with local market needs.
  • Utilize customer segmentation, geographic insights, and market intelligence to create more relevant and impactful customer experiences.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor across marketing functions to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing effectiveness, and improve the use of customer and market intelligence.
  • Provide expertise on localization strategies, customer engagement approaches, and evolving market trends.
  • Continuously monitor market conditions, customer trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Conduct customer segmentation, journey mapping, and localized market analyses to support long-term marketing strategies, business planning, and organizational priorities.
