About The Position

We are looking for an externally facing, market-driven Product Manager to help shape the future of Traction Complete’s Go-To-Market automation suite on Salesforce. This is not a purely delivery-focused PM role. We are looking for someone who is deeply curious about market problems, motivated by customer outcomes, and driven to build validated roadmap initiatives that increase revenue, adoption, and product differentiation. You will spend significant time engaging directly with customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders to identify high-impact opportunities. You will translate validated market needs into clear product strategy and well-defined initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering to deliver meaningful outcomes — not just features. You are comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels: defining the “why” and collaborating with developers on the “how.” You actively leverage AI tools to reduce administrative overhead, accelerate research and documentation, and maximize time spent on high-leverage product thinking and innovation. Requirements

  • Experience owning and delivering SaaS products in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience building B2B products in revenue-focused environments
  • Strong experience working directly with customers and prospects in discovery and validation
  • Ability to connect product decisions to measurable revenue and adoption outcomes
  • Comfort collaborating closely with engineers on technical tradeoffs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation, and execution workflows
  • Exposure to analytics, experimentation, or pricing strategy

Responsibilities

  • Drive a Validated, Revenue-Oriented Roadmap
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities that drive revenue growth and product adoption
  • Conduct structured discovery with customers, prospects, churned accounts, and partners
  • Validate problems before solutions through interviews, rapid prototyping, and structured feedback loops
  • Build business cases to quantify impact, including revenue, retention, and adoption potential
  • Develop and maintain a quarterly product roadmap aligned to company-level strategic and revenue goals
  • Be Externally Facing and Market Connected
  • Actively engage with customers, prospects, Salesforce ecosystem partners, and industry groups
  • Participate in strategic customer conversations and support key deals where product insight is required
  • Stay deeply informed on trends in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and GTM automation
  • Represent Product cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Translate Strategy into Execution
  • Convert validated initiatives into clear problem statements, PRDs, and prioritized user stories
  • Partner closely with Engineering and QA to define scope, tradeoffs, and sequencing
  • Drive clarity in sprint planning and backlog prioritization
  • Measure feature adoption and business impact post-release, iterating based on results
  • Leveraged AI to Maximize Product Impact
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, documentation, and competitive analysis
  • Reduce administrative product overhead through automation and AI-enabled workflows
  • Rapidly generate, refine, and test new product concepts
  • Continuously improve your product management process using modern AI practices
