About The Position

NetBrain is seeking a technically strong, highly collaborative Product Manager to serve as the connective tissue across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams. This role will translate product strategy into clear positioning, lead cross-functional launches, and ensure our no-code automation platform resonates with customer needs and market opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical rigor, storytelling, and executional drive to help shape product direction and maximize impact in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager at a software/tech company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Strong technical background with proven ability to excel in Engineering or Product Management team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and determination.
  • Collaborative mindset and a strong team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, collaborate and prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic and geographically/time-zone distributed environment.
  • Passion for technology is a must!

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product team to maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal developments and strategic roadmap.
  • Serve as an internal integrator, fostering collaboration and synergy among all departments.
  • Develop engaging, clear, and differentiating messaging to market the no-code automation platform.
  • Work with sales and marketing to understand customer needs, pain points, and journey to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead and manage the rollout of new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth and successful launches.
  • Manage the creation of high-quality content and training for new releases.
  • Monitor and report on campaign successes, customer feedback, and market trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement for products in the market.
  • Perform research to understand emerging markets, new product development opportunities, market sizes and segments to align internal product development.
  • Eagerly pursue a deep understanding of the industry, including competitor strategies, emerging technologies, and market trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the company’s goals and objectives.
