About The Position

House Rx is seeking a Product Manager to contribute to the ongoing development, optimization, and growth of its specialty medication platform. This platform enables medically integrated dispensing, including prior authorization, financial counseling, fulfillment tools, patient outreach, and analytics, integrating with EHR systems for better patient care. The role involves collaborating with clinical operations, design, and engineering teams, as well as company stakeholders, customers, and users. The Product Manager will identify key problems, define product solutions, and ensure customer and end-user needs are met while managing operational hurdles and platform scaling. Requirements

Technical depth: Ability to understand codebase with AI assistance, push back on scope with valid arguments, and possess a functional understanding of technical implementation.

Self-driven: Proactively identifies problems, forms opinions, and takes action, while knowing when to check in.

Responsibilities

Identify problems that deserve investment and articulate the problem, business impact, and required investment.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to develop the business roadmap.
Drive the entire product development process: problem identification, solution development, requirements documentation, and ensuring clarity for the engineering team for successful product launches.
Understand user-described problems and data insights by investigating inbound support issues and new product ownership areas.
Empower engineering and design teams with context for quick decision-making, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and healthy debate.
