About The Position

The Product Manager will serve as a central analytical hub, sitting at the intersection of sales and purchasing to manage the entire lifespan of residential lighting fixtures. This role is designed for a data-driven professional who can manage a broad SKU assortment and translate complex performance metrics into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Marketing Analyst is required.
• Experience in statistical analysis, data
• Proficient in data analysis and making evidence-based cases for product recommendations.
• Must be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable standing firm on data-backed decisions while remaining open to team feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within residential lighting, home goods, or decorative lighting sectors is highly preferred.
• An awareness of fashion or home decor trends is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance and advise on the full lifecycle of fixtures, including identifying when products should be added to or removed from the catalog.
• Data Analysis: Study extensive product data sets to detect the end of lifecycles and project whether to drop a line or increase marketing support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure departmental alignment and successful product launches.
• Inventory Oversight: Maintain granular awareness of a midsize assortment (approx. 2,000 SKUs) across multiple channels, including showrooms and e-commerce.
• Strategic Reporting: Create procedures and generate reports that paint broad pictures of performance, providing insights directly to the sales team and executive leadership.
