Job Summary We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI-powered SaaS platform. In this role, you'll translate customer insights, market research, and business goals into product strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, and guide products from concept through launch. You'll play a key role in building experiences that help people work better together through personalized coaching and behavioral insights.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS or platform products.
  • Experience working in agile software development environments.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable product plans and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience building AI-enabled products or features.

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop product strategy informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • Define feature scope, write epics, prioritize the backlog, and serve as Product Owner for an agile development team.
  • Measure product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support launches and product adoption.
