About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking a startup-minded Senior Product Manager to serve as product owner and Scrum Master for GRACE, ARPA-H’s AI assistant. The role owns backlog readiness, sprint cadence, epics and acceptance criteria, delivery metrics, and day-to-day engagement with GRACE users. The Product Manager works with the GRACE product lead, who sets strategy and epic priority and makes final decisions on sprint scope, releases, and architecture reviews; engineering owns implementation. This role focuses on preparing work, keeping sprints on track, and ensuring shipped capabilities are used and work as intended. The position supports practical enterprise AI use while helping teams understand GRACE’s capabilities and limitations within federal mission constraints, including privacy, security, safety, and responsible use. The Product Manager also contributes to product discovery, evaluation, release readiness, user support, training, and onboarding, working with engineering, design, research, agency partners, and other stakeholders. The position is hybrid and located in Washington, DC. The projected annualized compensation range is $86,800 to $198,000.

  • Help define quality criteria for GRACE answers and contribute test cases to product evaluations.
  • Provide release sign-off when no other owner is named, and hold releases if testing, design review, or architecture review has been skipped.
