About The Position

The Wealth Transformation Office Product Team at U.S. Bank is leading a multi-year platform modernization initiative to deliver the next generation of wealth management capabilities. This team partners across Product, Business Line Teams, Operations, Technology, Digital, and Risk to design and implement scalable solutions on the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP), ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and delivering meaningful client and business outcomes. As a Product Manager, you will define and drive product strategy, vision, and execution within the SWP platform. You will operate at a portfolio level—aligning stakeholders, shaping roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple products. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and technical modernization.

  • Demonstrated experience in product management, project management, and/or business analysis, preferably within financial services or platform transformation
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

  • Experience with wealth management platforms, custody, or asset servicing

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product and portfolio vision, aligned to business and enterprise strategy
  • Establish and manage product roadmaps, investment priorities, and OKRs
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and release readiness
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Operations, Technology, Business Line Stakeholders and Risk partners
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, epics, and backlog priorities
  • Drive modernization initiatives, balancing business value and technical debt
  • Ensure risk-aware delivery, including policy, control, and regulatory alignment
  • Utilize data and insights to prioritize work, measure performance, and optimize outcomes
  • Influence decisions and communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
