About The Position

We are seeking a strategic leader to govern the Global Wealth Management (GWM) business capability map, oversee multi-year roadmaps, and provide ongoing support for multi-year transformations. The Senior Manager, Transformation Office role bridges business strategy and portfolio planning to enable transparent prioritization, rationalized investments, and measurable value realization. Success in this role is highly dependent on strong partnerships with stakeholders across Business, Product and Technology.

Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree with 7+ years’ related experience in consulting, transformation, or strategy growth
  • In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management businesses
  • Experience in client journeys, operational processes, and technology is an asset
  • The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic business environment
  • Excellent analytical and storytelling skills and the ability to translate complexity into clarity
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills, leadership, and influential capabilities
  • Highly developed relationship management skills to effectively manage relationships across the Bank
  • Outstanding knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Design the business capability model as a managed asset, taxonomy, definitions, maturity assessments and versioning
  • Create and enforce governance standards for capability modeling, including how capabilities tie to processes, people, technology and value
  • Create a robust model to enable various insights and artifacts, including heat maps, current-to-future, fiscal planning tool etc.
  • Maintain capability-to-roadmap and capability-to-value mappings for impactful and transparent portfolio tradeoffs
  • Lead and manage multi-year roadmaps across GWM that align to strategic objectives
  • Establish a single source of truth for roadmaps to be leveraged by other teams, for consistent and up to date information
  • Own roadmap version and change control, ensuring information is up-to-date and changes are tracked month-over-month
  • Facilitate quarterly cadences for a rolling roadmap view to ensure a continuous and live view of milestones
  • Link Objective & Key Results (OKRs) with multi-year roadmaps to create a value-focused decision tool that strengthens executive prioritization and alignment
  • Partner with Change Management peers to communicate roadmap changes to ensure appropriate change plans are developed
  • Support fiscal planning cycle by coordinating and working closely with Transformation Office peers (Finance, Value, Governance/Reporting, Project Management)
  • Participate in the end-to-end mobilization of transformation journeys, such as visioning and roadmap development
