The Go‑to‑Market Product Manager for Client Self‑Service in SinglePoint is accountable for driving awareness, adoption, and readiness of digital self‑service capabilities for clients and internal partners. This role uses voice‑of‑the‑customer insights and performance data to inform product enhancements and influence the long‑term roadmap. Serving as a subject‑matter expert and brand ambassador, the product manager leads internal and external communications to clearly articulate value propositions and promote capabilities. The role manages intake and prioritization of growth opportunities to expand the self‑service portfolio and increase usage. In close partnership with product, technology, operations, user experience, and risk teams, this position ensures solutions are fully prepared for launch, support, and ongoing client use.
