About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic product direction and help establish a high-performing product management function. This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives on building structure — shaping product strategy, defining process discipline, and driving measurable business outcomes in a growing, fast-evolving organization. The Product Manager will own the “why” and “what” of the product — setting strategic vision, developing the business case, and defining client value. You will also help formalize the product management framework, improve collaboration with engineering and delivery teams, and ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience working in a software or technology-focused organization preferred.
  • Strong foundation in product management principles, frameworks, and best practices with demonstrated success leading products from concept through delivery.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Miro, Productboard, or similar.
  • Background in healthcare, payment integrity, or other regulated industries required — able to navigate complex compliance and operational environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business acumen — able to connect product decisions to organizational outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with both executive and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and align diverse teams toward shared objectives.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, leveraging metrics, customer insights, and market data to set direction and measure success.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and delivery management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record in developing, launching, and iterating successful products in competitive or evolving markets.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. ClarisHealth is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Pragmatic Institute Foundations (or equivalent strategic product management training) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the strategic vision and business objectives for the product portfolio, focusing on near- and mid-term outcomes (0–12 months).
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals, regulatory priorities, and evolving market needs.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable initiatives and ensure traceability from strategy through execution.
  • Drive the business case development for new initiatives, including value propositions, ROI, and success metrics.
  • Establish and continuously improve product management practices, frameworks, and governance to ensure alignment across teams and enhance clarity of ownership and accountability.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, Marketing) in adopting best practices for backlog prioritization, roadmap management, and value delivery.
  • Refine and optimize processes for product discovery, strategic planning, and measurement to drive consistent, efficient execution across the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership, product teams, and client-facing functions, ensuring visibility into product progress, business outcomes, and upcoming priorities.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Operations and Growth to ensure execution aligns with strategic intent.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to craft compelling value narratives and ensure client-facing teams understand impact and differentiation.
  • Define and track product performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs) to measure progress toward strategic goals and business outcomes.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to inform product decisions and reprioritize as market or organizational conditions evolve.
  • Conduct post-launch assessments to evaluate impact, capture lessons learned, and refine ongoing strategy.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions create tangible value and exceptional user experiences.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
