About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new product lines. The role is suited to intermediate-level professionals with experience in IoT, security, or electronics, as well as talented early-career candidates eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Product Manager will oversee products including IFP, smart whiteboards, commercial displays, and LEDs, from ideation through launch, helping ensure they align with company strategy and market needs. The role requires Mandarin Chinese proficiency to communicate effectively with overseas manufacturing partners and suppliers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.
Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in emerging markets and new product categories.
Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is required to communicate effectively with overseas manufacturing partners and suppliers.

Nice To Haves

Three or more years of product management experience in the IoT, security, IT, or electronics industry, noted as preferred for intermediate-level candidates.

Responsibilities

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape for IFP, smart whiteboards, commercial displays, and LEDs.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality products.
Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and oversee product development.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product features meet user expectations.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to keep products competitive and innovative.
Perform other duties as assigned.
