•$130,000 - $160,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Product Manager for Internal AI Enablement discovers and builds AI-powered solutions that make work easier, faster, and more automated for teams across GOVX. Employees are the role’s customers. This hybrid product-management and hands-on building position works across departments, initially starting with Sales and Marketing, to understand business processes, identify workflows suitable for AI automation, and build and deploy solutions. The role begins as a solo builder, with support from the engineering team as needed, and spends roughly half of its time building AI tools. The position owns the full lifecycle of internal AI tools: discovery, requirements, prototyping, prioritization, development, deployment, adoption, iteration, and optimization. Solutions are built using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio and integrated with SharePoint and Teams. The Product Manager also helps advance AI governance in partnership with Engineering, IT, and HR, supporting secure, compliant, and responsible tools. Success initially includes the number of workflows and agents in production and employee satisfaction with those tools. The role requires strong product-management experience, demonstrated results building and deploying AI tools or automated workflows for real business processes, hands-on experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio, and experience with SharePoint and Teams. A BA/BS degree or equivalent education or experience is required. GOVX offers flexible time off, paid sick leave and holidays, a 401(k) plan with discretionary match, insurance and other benefits, an on-site gym, and GOVX website discounts.
