Product Manager - PC Accessories
About The Position
Micro-Star International (MSI) specializes in designing and manufacturing motherboards, interface cards, and barebones. The Product Manager will oversee PC accessories, including product positioning and pricing, cross-functional coordination, market analysis, and inventory and demand planning. The role collaborates with MSI Headquarters in Taipei and with marketing, operations, quality assurance, sales, distributors, and resellers to support successful product launches and lifecycle management. Travel may be required as needed. The position is located in City of Industry, Los Angeles, and pays $84,000–$96,000 annually. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of combined product management experience in the consumer electronics or computer hardware/accessories industry.
- Deep familiarity with PC gaming accessories, including mice, keyboards, headsets, and controllers.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; MSI is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
Responsibilities
- Establish competitive pricing structures, value propositions, and margin targets to maximize profitability and market share.
- Partner with MSI Headquarters in Taipei and marketing, operations, quality assurance, and sales teams to bring products to market successfully.
- Monitor and analyze hardware market trends and competitor accessory lines.
- Plan demand forecasts, manage product lifecycle stages, and monitor inventory levels with regional distributors and resellers.
- Travel as needed.
