We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Manager to oversee the procurement and inventory management of medical supplies, general clinic products, and our MDFormula private label and packaging. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, clinics, and suppliers to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support the continued growth of our business.

Requirements

Buying, procurement, supply chain and administration degree or any other combination related to the position.
3-5 years of experience in in purchasing, procurement, demand planning, or in the retail or wholesale sector in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP understanding (Zenoti, Inflow).
Critical and analytical thinker likes to work with numbers.
Problem solver, multitasker, organised, detailed oriented, flexible and prioritizes workload.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Customer focused, sense of urgency.
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills (written and oral)

Nice To Haves

Have experience with of Shopify processes (Asset).

Responsibilities

Conduct analysis following needs and established KPI’s, make the necessary recommendations to ensure the profitability of the categories under his/her responsibilities.
Prepare and provide the various reports and analysis according to the requirements and requests.
Collaborate with internal partners and clinics to understand and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
Conduct product research and selection or substitution as required.
Ensure conformity of prices and margin in the system.
Clearly and quickly communicate all product information, relevant to the smooth operations of our internal partners and clinics.
Replenish products according to the set deadlines and needs of the clinics, following the established buying plans.
Manage purchase/transfer orders; plan, create, follow up and make updates.
Verify and adjust desired base inventory levels (Min-Max, MOQ).
Analyse and adjust replenishment levels based on sales, consumptions, and needs.
Manage challenging situations related to product availability, delivery, etc.
Create and maintain product and supplier information in Zenoti inventory system, respecting the set deadline.
Forecast and monitor MDFormula inventory levels for product replenishment to schedule timely stock purchases and prevent supply disruptions from manufacturers.
Regularly communicating with Laboratories, plan, track, and reorder packaging materials to support production needs.
Create and follow up product orders with laboratories and packaging suppliers in InFlow inventory system to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with laboratories and packaging suppliers regarding product availability, production schedules, shipping lead times, costs, and supply chain challenges.
Assist in the negotiation and follow up of supplier contracts, terms, product prices and discounts.
Analyse and Manage supplier performance.
Ensure good communication and develop strong relationships with current and potential suppliers.
Follow up and resolve supplier issues.
