This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive Agronomics knowledge, tasked with creating robust product structures, optimizing pricing strategies, and driving sales promotions through effective collaboration with vendors, all aimed at delivering unparalleled customer service. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agronomy, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in product management within the agronomics or landscape industry.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of agronomic products and industry trends.
  • Strong proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors to facilitate sales promotions and market programs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Competency in data analysis to monitor and establish competitive pricing for agronomic products.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively support branch operations while ensuring superior customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
