About The Position

The Plans & Merchandising team owns the customer-facing experiences that determines how visitors evaluate, compare, and purchase Adobe subscriptions. Serving as Product Manager, you will manage the roadmap of Adobe.com's plans and catalog pages, some of the most critical pages to our business with heavy traffic. This role calls for diligent follow-through and enjoys broad visibility. You will engage daily with Engineering, Design, Global Web Production, and Program Management to transform ideas into experiences viewed by millions. You'll communicate your work, discoveries, and recommendations transparently to collaborators at all levels, including senior leadership!

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience with 4+ years of product management experience; MBA a plus but not required.
  • Proven track record of accomplishing tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional web environment managing multiple workstreams involving Engineering, Design, and Content/Production teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to write clear requirements documents, run productive cross-functional meetings, and presenting your work confidently to senior leadership.
  • Experience with A/B testing or structured web experimentation. You know how to build a clean test, interpret results, and make a clear recommendation from your findings.
  • Comfortable analyzing web analytics to assess page performance, experiment outcomes, and user behavior; experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable platforms is advantageous.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ecommerce, pricing pages, subscription products, or web merchandising concepts is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A strong curiosity and the capacity to quickly learn domain knowledge are more important!

Responsibilities

  • Direct the product roadmap and optimization backlog by incorporating UX improvements and continuous page health monitoring.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional updates, and page changes driven by marketing to support daily release-to-business (RTB) activities. Ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests. This includes writing the brief, collaborating with Design and Engineering, monitoring results, and detailing findings for partner review.
  • Partner with Engineering (including our Merchandising Platform team) to translate test winners and approved changes into clear technical requirements and see them through to successful rollout.
  • Work with Design to develop UX mocks for experiments, page updates, and new feature additions — providing clear briefs and iterating efficiently on feedback cycles.
  • Write clear, well-organized product requirements, user stories, and briefs that Engineering, Site Authors, and Design can complete with minimal back-and-forth.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and other collaborators as needed to ensure page changes are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
  • Track experiment performance and page metrics; translate results into prioritized next steps and communicate findings to cross-functional partners and senior collaborators.
  • Present work, study outcomes, and proposed actions to large cross-functional audiences — including up to SVP level — with clarity, confidence, and well-organized supporting materials.
