About The Position

The Product Manager will own key innovation projects on Black Kite’s product roadmap and manage their lifecycle from ideation through execution. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and works cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, product architecture, design, and development teams to shape product strategy, priorities, use cases, and customer solutions. The Product Manager will represent the voice of the customer, analyze markets and competitors, and contribute to the vision and roadmap for Black Kite’s platform.

Requirements

BA or BS degree.
At least 3 years of experience as a technical product manager, product manager, integration engineer, sales engineer, or in a related field.
Evidence of strong leadership skills, ownership, and creativity, with a strong interest in using AI tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organization and multitasking abilities.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and apply critical thinking and good judgment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers at all levels.
Strong personal drive, passion, enthusiasm, and ethics.

Responsibilities

Own the lifecycle of projects and work with development and marketing teams to bring solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate across product ideation, strategy, vision, roadmapping, and execution.
Work with product architecture and design to build a vision for customer solutions.
Perform and analyze market and product strategies, including pricing and competitive analysis.
Represent the voice of the customer and communicate ideas to foster innovation.
