About The Position

As a Product Manager for Electronic Shelf Labels, you will own the storeLink ESL roadmap and prioritize features based on customer evidence and portfolio economics. The role focuses on generating product evidence to convert early pilots into enterprise-wide rollouts while reducing labor in high-effort store workflows. You will lead discovery, establish clear success criteria, and work across engineering, UX, sales, and operations to deliver a market-leading digital signage solution. The position also owns ESL unit economics, including analysis of per-store costs, labor savings, and margins. You will evaluate retailer customization requests against portfolio-wide lifetime value; develop strategic pilots with defined success and kill criteria; and collaborate with sales, operations, legal, and hardware teams on roadmap decisions, pricing, installation, and support at chain scale. The role involves building trusted retailer relationships from initial pilot through long-term operation.
