About The Position

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to join the Generative AI team on its AIML Platform. The role leads the GenAI Platform’s Onboarding Experience (OBx), helping users onboard onto the platform and manage their GenAI applications. The Product Manager works cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Design, Technical Program Management, Risk, and Cyber partners to enable AI development at Capital One.

The role follows Capital One’s Product Framework, which emphasizes human-centered product design, business-focused execution, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. Depending on the hiring level and location, the listed annual salary ranges from $149,800 to $249,900. The role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, potentially including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.

Requirements

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining by the scheduled start date, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Quantitative fields include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience working on AIML platforms and products.
• Experience working on a platform team.

Responsibilities
