About The Position

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to join the Generative AI team on the AIML Platform. The role leads the GenAI Platform’s Onboarding Experience (OBx), delivering seamless experiences for users to onboard onto the platform and manage their GenAI applications. The Product Manager works cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Design, Technical Program Management, Risk, and Cyber partners.

The role is part of Capital One’s Product Management organization, which focuses on reimagining existing approaches, identifying value-creation opportunities, and delivering innovative, sustainable customer experiences through technology. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate proficiency in five areas of Capital One’s Product Framework: human-centered product solutions; business-focused outcomes, leverage, and execution; technology-driven, resilient solutions; integrated problem solving and product risk mitigation; and transformational leadership that aligns cross-functional teams around customer problems.

Requirements

• Currently hold, or be in the process of obtaining by the scheduled start date, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing; or hold a bachelor’s degree in any field and have at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Quantitative fields include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience working on AIML platforms and products.
• Experience working on a platform team.
