Product Manager (Reporting) - FreeWheel
About The Position
FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Product Manager to join its Product Organization and Reporting team, part of the larger Data Horizontal. The Data Horizontal supports other FreeWheel product teams with Audience, Identity, and Reporting solutions. Reporting products include log files, UI-based analytics and insights, dashboards, and custom reports for internal and client use. The role involves understanding and documenting needs for reporting products, shaping their design and implementation, supporting related go-to-market activities, and helping provide ongoing product support. The Product Manager will manage a portfolio of reporting products, work with clients and internal teams to develop effective solutions, and maintain and improve products after rollout.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of working experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Well organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with data products.
- Engineering background.
Responsibilities
- Manage product activities for the portfolio of reporting products.
- Identify client issues, develop constructive solutions, and translate them into high-quality product designs.
- Partner with other product teams on existing and potential features and functionality for high-impact projects.
- Work with engineering to manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and deliver products on time.
- Create product designs and design specifications; review specifications with engineering and articulate market problems, use cases, requirements, and feature details.
- Align with product verticals to support their business needs with reporting products.
- Maintain products after rollout, collect feedback, and continuously improve them.
