Requirements

Several years of experience in product management, in a technical product role, or in a comparable interface function – ideally in the B2B SaaS environment
Technical understanding of modern software development as well as the ability to independently implement smaller features, prototypes, or technical solutions – ideally with initial contact with common web technologies from our stack
Routine in using modern AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
Good sense for meaningful AI application cases in digital products
Analytical and structured way of working as well as the ability to translate complex requirements into implementable product solutions
Very good German and English skills as well as ideally initial contact with data protection, compliance, or ISMS

Responsibilities

End-to-end product responsibility for at least two modules of our compliance management platform Proliance 360 – from discovery and conception to implementation and rollout
Further development of our platform with a focus on ISMS and AI compliance readiness, as well as product solutions with clear customer benefits
Independent implementation of smaller features, prototypes, and product improvements – AI-supported and in close coordination with Engineering, Design, and Compliance Tech
Identification and implementation of meaningful AI use cases as well as active further development of AI-supported product functions
Creation and prioritization of user stories, specifications, documentation, and backlogs in close cooperation with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
