About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) for our People & Culture Team, who will support us with operational HR processes and strategic projects. You will dive into topics related to onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and the optimization of our HR systems. You will be a valuable team member from day one, proactively taking responsibility for your own topics and helping to build our HR infrastructure for further growth.

Requirements

  • You are still enrolled for at least 1 more year and ideally have gained initial practical experience in HR (e.g., through an internship).
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality, think proactively, and work very systematically and carefully, especially when tracking deadlines.
  • Ideally, you have an interest in and understanding of HR systems (like Personio/HiBob) to help shape processes efficiently.
  • You are proficient in German and English in writing and characterized by confident and appreciative internal communication.
  • You enjoy working closely with the team and can maintain an overview even with complex administrative tasks.

  • Experience in the HR field (e.g., through an internship)
  • Interest and understanding of HR systems (like Personio/HiBob)

Responsibilities

  • Support in the onboarding process: Actively assist with the administrative support of new employees, creation of templates, and maintenance in our ATS.
  • HR administration & deadline management: Support with generalist HR tasks and ensure proactive follow-up of important deadlines and compliance topics.
  • Participation in HR projects: Actively contribute to central People & Culture projects, including: Support of processes for risk assessments and company provision. Support with Performance Achievement measures. Improvement of logic and structure in internal knowledge management. Optimization of HR workflows in our systems (Personio/Ashby).
