About The Position

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to develop, expand, and optimize our tech and tool landscape, particularly HubSpot, across the entire revenue funnel. This role involves working closely with team members and the Head of Data to enable teams and enhance functionality and automation for scalable processes. The ideal candidate will build and further develop efficient RevOps processes, acting as the interface between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, and will identify and implement best practices for scaling. This position requires analyzing, streamlining, and continuously improving existing processes and systems, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role, including building and scaling ops processes
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot is a must
  • Experience with and motivation for integrating AI and optimizing processes
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent command of English is required

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally, you have helped both Sales and Customer Success teams
  • German is a plus
