The Product Manager owns the product strategy and execution for this business group, including data and intelligence products with an intense focus on delivering product capabilities and features that improve customer value, use cases, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery through delivery — across multiple products or platforms.
• Ability to write clear, detailed product requirements that engineering and design teams can execute against.
• Experience mapping and improving customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Track record of leading cross-functional product launches with measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to align stakeholders across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap
• Obsess over our clients, their business priorities, and driving business growth for HousingWire.
• Partner with our executive team to set the roadmap, and then execute on features, strategies and integrations that drive value and outcomes for our users.
• Prioritize and sequence the product roadmap across HousingWire Data, HousingWire Intelligence, and mobile applications (iOS and Android), balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical investment.
• Drive customer experience and growth
• Own and document end-to-end customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, subscription, enterprise access, account management, and data delivery.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve conversion, adoption, and user experience across subscriber and enterprise segments.
• Translate customer behavior and product performance metrics into prioritized roadmap initiatives that improve retention and revenue.
• Lead cross-functional execution
• Coordinate product launches across engineering, editorial, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations — delivering with minimal operational issues.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers to gather feedback and translate business needs into roadmap priorities.
