About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. As the Product Manager Commission based for a Hair line Product, you will work closely with internal and external teams to understand the needs of our customers and build a product they will love. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Product Manager and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing a successful product from inception to launch
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong technical background in software development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with presenting to large groups
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or other tracking software
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements, identify where their needs are not being met, and create products to fill those gaps
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap and product requirements
- Work closely with the engineering team to plan and implement products in a timely manner
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams to drive product launches and feature releases
- Act as company representative to build product awareness
