We are seeking a strategic Instrumentation & Control Automation Solution Owner to drive advanced control and digital modernization solutions for commercial nuclear plants. You will serve as the commercial and technical linchpin—bridging business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to execute highly complex I&C initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
  • Skilled in building trust, listening actively, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and technical proposal software.
  • Confident in navigating complex sales cycles and securing long-term contracts.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs based on evolving energy strategies and infrastructure investments.

Responsibilities

  • Own annual product line order intake, operating income, and revenue targets for North American accounts.
  • Act as the primary interface for clients, leading sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage cost estimates and contract amendments to ensure every deal meets targeted profit margins.
  • Identify, track, and close new sales orders while recommending process optimizations.
  • Define the technical roadmap and business cases for complex Safety and Operational nuclear I&C solutions (meeting strict regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational standards).
  • Develop economic scenarios to validate key business decisions for top management.
  • Share technical and sales insights to elevate the competency of the broader business team.
