Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager ideally in POS or Payments
  • Strong understanding of the US payments ecosystem
  • Experience with merchant-facing or in-person payment solutions
  • Ability to define strategy and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with sales-led organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and build from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the US payments and POS product strategy
  • Adapt and localize Flatpay’s platform for the US market
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap aligned with business growth
  • Build features across payments acceptance, POS workflows, and merchant onboarding
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver product changes
  • Partner with sales and field teams to gather insights and improve the product
  • Support go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Track product performance and optimize merchant experience
  • Navigate US payments ecosystem including acquiring, pricing, and compliance
