About The Position

The NCCT Product Manager advances the National Center for Clinical Trials’ mission by leading the design and evolution of technology-enabled business capabilities. Reporting to the Vice President and Head of Technology & Transformation, the role works with cross-functional leaders at the intersection of business strategy, process design, and technology execution to focus organizational efforts and achieve measurable outcomes. The Product Manager defines, executes, and delivers product strategy and roadmap initiatives that drive business growth and customer value, bridging business stakeholders, engineering, design, and operations. The role leads product lifecycle activities from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, and may mentor junior team members and influence cross-functional decision-making. This role focuses on transforming how work is performed and how the organization operates, rather than external products or feature delivery. It defines future-state processes enabled by technology, data, and AI; translates business needs into high-value solutions; and partners with shared technology and informatics teams to deliver them.
