About The Position

As the Product Manager for AI Receptionist, you will own the end-to-end product surface of a rapidly evolving AI-driven experience. You will work with a cross-functional squad of engineers and a UX designer to deliver capabilities that help SMBs automate and enhance customer interactions. This role requires strong execution skills, comfort working with AI technologies, and the ability to translate customer problems into practical solutions that balance customer value, engineering effort, and business outcomes. Successful candidates are highly analytical, collaborative, and capable of driving product initiatives from discovery through launch.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer‑facing software products and executing product initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams with the ability to define solutions, refine requirements, and deliver complex technical products in an agile environment.
  • Analytical and data‑driven decision making with experience using experimentation, product metrics, and insights to guide product direction and improve outcomes.
  • Experience with AI‑powered, conversational systems or workflow automations, including familiarity with technologies such as LLMs, conversational workflows, voice AI concepts (ASR/TTS), or prompt‑based systems.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes, balancing customer value, engineering investment, and business priorities while delivering measurable product impact.
  • Fluency in English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, customers and partners (or suppliers) who are mostly located outside Quebec.
  • For positions in research and development, it is also necessary to understand the technical and scientific documentation of our industry, most of which is available in English.
  • Knowledge of French is required for permanent positions in Quebec, to enable the incumbent to communicate as needed with colleagues, partners and suppliers in Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, development, launch, and iteration to deliver impactful product outcomes.
  • Own the delivery of new features and improvements for the AI Receptionist experience across voice and emerging digital channels, ensuring continuous enhancements to conversational AI capabilities.
  • Analyze customer needs, product usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and AI‑driven innovation, while defining success metrics and running experimentation to evaluate AI system performance.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design in an agile product squad and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure high‑quality delivery and alignment with business goals.
