About The Position

Gantri is seeking a hands-on, execution-oriented Product Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to its physical product programs. Near-term priorities include launching and developing the Wireless and Low programs, supporting new Gantri Made products, and contributing to the 2027 Creator Release. As Gantri expands into furniture, metal, and other categories, the Product Manager will help shape physical product strategy. The role works across industrial design, product design engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and marketing, coordinating internal teams and external partners and vendors. The position reports to the Head of Product and collaborates closely with design, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.

  • Strong ability to write PRDs and product requirements that connect business and user outcomes to clear, testable requirements.
  • Working knowledge of hardware development phases (EVT/DVT/PVT), bills of materials (BOMs), unit cost, and certification.
  • Experience planning and running user testing and translating qualitative and quantitative feedback into product decisions.
  • Ability to own schedules, budgets, and capacity plans, with strong spreadsheet and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align designers, engineers, vendors, and executives around clear decisions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to run several programs at once in a fast-moving startup.
  • Passion for design, sustainability, and new approaches to manufacturing.

  • Own program schedules and requirements across EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass-production phases, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and gate reviews with internal teams and external partners.
  • Plan and run user testing, including in-home testing with employees and customers, and translate findings into clear requirement changes.
  • Prioritize and build product roadmaps and lead budget planning for physical product programs, tracking spend against plan.
  • Manage team capacity across design, engineering, and sourcing, and flag resourcing conflicts early.
  • Drive launch and ongoing development of the Wireless and Low programs, coordinating launch readiness across product, operations, marketing, sales, and customer experience.
