About The Position

The Product Manager in Consumer & Community Banking Finance leads development and delivery of a trusted, governed, AI-ready Knowledge Management capability. The role transforms institutional knowledge into a reusable Finance Context Layer: a structured, AI-consumable foundation of business rules, process guidance, operational knowledge, and historical decision context. This foundation enables Finance employees, copilots, and autonomous agents to access relevant information when needed. The position sets product vision, drives the Knowledge Management roadmap, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes across Knowledge Discovery, Curation, Governance, Delivery, and Intelligence. It acts as the voice of the customer, guides the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and feedback, and partners with stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, stable, high-quality products. The role owns the Finance Context Layer and its knowledge operating model, including asset quality, taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle workflows, governance, and AI readiness. It partners with technology and platform teams to support retrieval and consumption across agentic frameworks while maintaining a platform-agnostic approach. It also identifies opportunities to ground AI agents in trusted Finance knowledge and improve response accuracy, automation, and employee access to institutional knowledge.
