About The Position

Unite Us is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to lead the product organization responsible for its platform and product suite. The role serves customers across government agencies, health systems, health plans, and community-based organizations, helping them identify needs, coordinate services across sectors, manage referrals and cases, and measure impact while protecting privacy and dignity.
