About The Position

ElevenLabs is hiring a Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build independently. Self-serve users make up most of ElevenCreative’s user base and use the platform to generate and edit speech, music, images, and video across more than 70 languages. The role focuses on growth and adoption across the self-serve experience: helping users discover the product’s capabilities, move from a first generation into agents, video, and multi-step creative workflows, and return to the product and upgrade. The Product Manager will define major product bets, scope them effectively, and ship quickly with a small, collaborative team. The scope also includes work across product, growth, and go-to-market, as needed to make ElevenCreative a better product for its users.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products.
  • A track record of improving growth and adoption metrics through products shipped.
  • Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use creative tools, and a practice of bringing user insights into product decisions.
  • Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end.
  • Design-minded, with high standards for product quality and user experience, and the ability to mock up concepts independently.
  • Technical fluency to discuss implementation and tradeoffs in depth with engineers.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics tools to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • A track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on data.
  • Ownership mindset and the ability to drive projects fully rather than handing them off after writing a specification.
  • Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to developments in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments, and partner with growth, lifecycle, and pricing teams where relevant.
  • Scope and define major self-serve product bets across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows.
  • Use product data and user behavior to identify major opportunities in the user journey and turn them into clearly scoped projects.
  • Drive adoption of newer experiences, including agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the full platform.
  • Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, creating early concept mockups when useful.
  • Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and on moments that introduce users to new parts of the product.
  • Define success metrics and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans.
  • Talk regularly with creators and marketers to understand their workflows and product needs, and bring those insights back to the team.

Benefits

  • Annual discretionary stipend for professional development.
  • Annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues.
  • Annual company offsite in a new location each year.
  • Monthly co-working stipend for employees who are not located near a main hub.
