Self-Serve Gas Station Attendant and Cashier
About The Position
The Self-Serve Gas Station Attendant and Cashier performs tasks in the store and around the station, including cleaning, stocking, and following federal and state laws regarding the sale of tobacco, lottery tickets, and alcohol. The attendant must learn safety procedures for the station’s pumps in the event of an emergency. Management assigns complete duties during training. Customer complaints are to be redirected to shift managers. Cashiers are expected to arrive on time and greet customers respectfully and professionally. The station is open every day of the year; attendants have a fixed schedule and must request days off at least two weeks in advance.
