About Spoonity Spoonity is a leading provider of white-label loyalty and gift card solutions for mid-market and enterprise hospitality merchants (restaurants, retailers, hotels). We help our clients grow by enabling them to better understand and connect with their customers, driving deeper brand engagement and customer retention. Our platform currently operates in 30+ countries across 4 continents, with a current focus in emerging markets like LATAM. Today, we power some of the largest brands in Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina, and beyond. After years of record growth, we’ve reached a pivotal moment in our journey. We’re investing in the next generation of the Spoonity platform, which starts with bringing in exceptional talent to help us design and build from the ground up. The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager with deep expertise in data-focused products and building out customer engagement workflows for continuous feedback and iteration. You’ll work side-by-side with our engineering and design teams to help prioritize, develop insights, and guide the process of rebuilding our core platform to meet the growing needs of our merchants.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building and driving data products that deliver value beyond the metrics.
  • Proven track record of developing customer feedback loops, and managing customer relationships and feedback.
  • Strong familiarity of technical systems like software engineering best practices to help build rapport with engineers.
  • An eye for UI design and user experience design to help advocate for users.
  • An interest in mentorship or leadership and helping elevate others on the team.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (e.g., Segment) and data integration platforms like Snowflake and Databricks are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help build a robust data pipeline to ensure that the decisions we make are backed by evidence.
  • Support the product with product marketing materials to educate our users and staff on what the product does, how it can drive value, and where we beat out the competition.
  • Strengthen our relationship with our merchants through feedback loops and regular engagement to help them feel like an invaluable part of our business.
  • Champion user experience excellence through advocacy for our merchants and their end-customers to ensure our platform always impresses.
  • Help mature the product organization within Spoonity to help us unlock the next phase of growth.
