About The Position

The Product Manager will shape DiliTrust products for the US market, working across multiple products to turn customer and market input into clear product decisions and guide those decisions through discovery, development, release, and adoption. The role owns product priorities, backlog organization, sprint coordination, and product release decisions within its assigned scope; Engineering leadership owns delivery planning and technical execution. The Product Manager works with customer-facing teams, Product Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand US legal and governance workflows, identify recurring customer needs, set evidence-based priorities, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and support testing, defect triage, and release readiness. After release, the role measures adoption and customer outcomes and identifies needed improvements. AI is part of the company’s business processes and software development. The Product Manager is expected to use AI tools in product work, validate AI-generated outputs, protect confidential information, and collaborate with Engineering and product stakeholders to define customer-focused AI behavior, evaluation criteria, and human controls. R&D remains responsible for reviewing and merging all code, including AI-generated code. The position follows a hybrid schedule: three days in the office each week and remaining workdays remote, subject to business needs and team schedules. Benefits may vary by location, employment status, and plan eligibility; further approved US benefits information will be added by Human Resources.

  • Help Sales and Customer Success assess product fit, evaluate requests, and prepare proposals; work with Project Management, implementation teams, and integration specialists to distinguish configuration needs, integration work, and reusable product improvements.
  • Keep roadmap communication grounded in confirmed delivery plans and connect product decisions with customer commitments.
  • Give Product Enablement context for documentation and training; measure post-release adoption and customer outcomes, investigate gaps, and determine needed changes.
  • Help Customer Care distinguish expected behavior from functional gaps, route improvement requests to the product backlog, and ensure defects follow the Engineering process.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to identify recurring issues, clarify priorities, and improve product workflows over time.
  • Use AI tools in product work such as research synthesis, prototyping, specification drafting, analysis, and workflow automation; validate outputs and protect confidential information.
  • Work with Engineering and product stakeholders to identify useful customer applications of AI and define intended behavior, evaluation criteria, and human controls.
