About The Position

This role will own the strategy, proposition, and commercial performance of Moneycorp's payments products as they are built and evolved on the Group's strategic platform. The Product Manager will lead the development and evolution of the proposition, ensuring it meets the needs of existing and future Financial Institution, FinTech, Corporate, and Private clients. The initial focus will be on developing and evolving payment capabilities supporting US-based products, services, and client propositions, including direct clearing (Fedwire and ACH) and cross-border payments delivered through partner networks. The role requires a deep understanding of domestic and cross-border payment flows, client requirements, market developments, and emerging trends in the payments landscape to set priorities, strengthen the client proposition, support sustainable revenue growth, and ensure products remain scalable, resilient, operationally effective, and compliant with applicable regulatory, network, and clearing requirements. The Product Manager will also partner with other product managers and teams to deliver end-to-end solutions to clients and will be accountable for translating strategy into product change and measurable business outcomes, balancing client value, commercial performance, operational capability, risk, and regulatory obligations throughout the product lifecycle. As the product function matures, the scope is expected to expand to support new payment capabilities, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities, with potential changes in product ownership boundaries as the Payments portfolio grows and additional product management capabilities and resources are introduced. Opportunities to lead initiatives relating to Payments globally as well as within the US will be available.
