With over 45 years of market experience, two banking licences and offices in 11 countries, our technology delivers 24/7 accessibility, while our people deliver award-winning service. In 2024, we supported £79bn+ of international payments, reaching 190 countries in 130 currencies. Our 32k+ corporate clients benefit from our regulatory resilience with 63+ permissions globally, access to major payment rails, and proprietary technology. Moneycorp is a place where energy, commitment to our shared success, and collaboration are core to our values. We’re restless in our drive to surpass the expectations of our customers and unlock opportunities to support them at every stage of their journey. The foundation of our success is our people, and nurturing a culture of belonging for all our colleagues is central to our journey as a global business. In North America, our offices are in Stamford, Orlando, Providence, and Toronto. We are licensed to operate in each US State, and in Canada at the Federal level we are registered with FINTRAC and at the Provincial level in Quebec. In this role, you will own the strategy, proposition and commercial performance of Moneycorp's payments products as they are built and evolved on the Group's strategic platform. You will lead the development and evolution of the proposition, ensuring it meets the needs of existing and future Financial Institution, FinTech, Corporate and Private clients. The initial focus of the role will be the development and evolution of payment capabilities supporting US-based products, services and client propositions, including direct clearing (Fedwire and ACH) and cross-border payments delivered through partner networks. You will bring and maintain a deep understanding of domestic and cross-border payment flows, client requirements, market developments and emerging trends across the payments landscape. You will use these insights to set priorities, strengthen the client proposition, support sustainable revenue growth and ensure products remain scalable, resilient, operationally effective and compliant with applicable regulatory, network and clearing requirements. You will also partner with the other product managers and teams to deliver an end to end solution to clients. You will be accountable for translating strategy into product change and measurable business outcomes, balancing client value, commercial performance, operational capability, risk and regulatory obligations throughout the product lifecycle. As the product function matures, the scope of the role is expected to expand and adapt to support new payment capabilities, strategic priorities and growth opportunities. Product ownership boundaries may therefore change over time as the Payments portfolio grows and additional product management capabilities and resources are introduced. During this time you will have opportunities to lead initiatives relating to Payments globally as well as within the US.
