Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or ERP leadership
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations: Manufacturing (batch production, quality, lot tracking), Distribution and supply chain operations, Trade promotions, pricing, and rebates
  • Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working in Agile environments

Nice To Haves

  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)
  • Experience working with implementation partners or system integrators
  • Familiarity with integrations (WMS, EDI, CRM, 3PL, payment gateways, shipping systems)
  • Experience in multi-entity or global ERP environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the NetSuite product vision aligned to company growth strategy
  • Develop and maintain a multi-phase product roadmap (implementation + post-go-live)
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and digitize processes
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability
  • Own and manage the NetSuite product backlog across key functions: Manufacturing (production, quality, lot/traceability), Distribution (inventory, warehousing, logistics), Promotional/Souvenir business (pricing, rebates, trade programs)
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
  • Prioritize features based on business value, ROI, and operational impact
  • Make trade-off decisions between customization and standard functionality
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and user interviews
  • Act as the voice of the user to ensure intuitive and effective solutions
  • Drive alignment on process changes and system capabilities
  • Work closely with Internal IT and engineering teams and External NetSuite implementation partners
  • Participate in solution design sessions
  • Validate proposed solutions and ensure requirements are clearly understood
  • Accept or reject deliverables based on defined criteria
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for NetSuite capabilities
  • Ensure dashboards and reporting support decision-making
  • Drive data consistency and governance across business units
  • Leverage analytics to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Champion adoption of new processes and system capabilities
  • Partner on training strategy and materials
  • Ensure business readiness for releases
  • Gather post-launch feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Transition from implementation to ongoing product ownership
  • Manage release cycles, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
  • Build internal expertise to reduce reliance on external partners
  • Drive innovation leveraging NetSuite and its ecosystem
