About The Position

We’re hiring a Product Manager III to help shape and deliver key capabilities within our Wholesale Network team to build great products that will shape the wholesale industry. This is a highly cross-functional, technically complex role. You’ll own product direction for a critical area of our platform, working across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful improvements for merchants and brands. The work spans structured data, platform integrations, and multi-surface user experiences, and requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and disciplined execution. If you are a dedicated problem-solver and are ready to make a huge impact on an international scale, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, owning and delivering complex software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex systems (e.g., structured data, integrations, large-scale catalogs, or platform-level features).
  • Strong prioritization skills and comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information.
  • Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into shipped solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern product development practices.
  • Ability to define success metrics and use data to inform decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of SMB or enterprise wholesale between merchants and brands/suppliers.
  • Retail and e-commerce industry experience.
  • Strong product judgment and systems thinking. You can break down complex, interconnected problems and identify where to start.
  • Comfort operating at multiple altitudes, shaping strategy while staying sharp on execution details.
  • A disciplined approach to experimentation and iteration.
  • Clear, direct communication that aligns teams with competing priorities.
  • Confidence working with enterprise stakeholders and nuanced use cases.
  • A bias toward action. You create clarity and momentum rather than waiting for it.
  • A focus on outcomes over output.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for your area, while contributing to broader team and organizational objectives.
  • Define and drive product strategy for a core area of the Wholesale Network.
  • Translate complex customer and business problems into clear, actionable product direction.
  • Craft feature definitions and scope that balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and long-term platform health.
  • Own prioritization and roadmap decisions in partnership with engineering and design.
  • Lead discovery efforts with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems and shape solutions.
  • Drive execution from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate based on evidence.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively align across product surfaces.
  • Contribute to longer-term platform strategy and future roadmap planning.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to ensure thoughtful, well-supported launches.
