B2B ERP Senior Product Manager

FiservBerkeley Heights, NJ
Onsite

About The Position

The Payment Value Added Service team at Fiserv offers a suite of consumer bill and B2B invoice and bill presentment and omnichannel payment solutions (Bill Matrix, CheckFree Pay, Snap Pay) for enterprise merchants and government entities. These solutions aim to automate workflows and leverage data for strategic business outcomes. Snap Pay, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, facilitates easier, faster, secure, and more efficient B2B Accounts Receivable payments between sellers and buyers. It helps organizations digitally transform their “Order-to-Cash” lifecycle with capabilities for e-commerce/offline payments, electronic invoice presentment and payment integrated with industry ERP providers, actionable data insights for improved payment collections, and value-added services like surcharging, tokenization, and intelligent gateways. Snap Pay is a high-growth business within Merchant Solutions, with approximately 20% revenue growth year over year, and is positioned to capture the A/R automation market through a transformational product roadmap focused on enhancing user experience, core functionalities, and launching new offerings to improve customer financial outcomes. This Senior Product Manager role is responsible for owning and scaling Snap Pay’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) ecosystem, which is a critical growth area for digitizing Order-to-Cash and embedding payments into enterprise workflows. The successful candidate will define the strategy, influence external platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and Microsoft, and deliver commercially impactful capabilities and integrations at scale. This involves leading co-development with major enterprise software providers, requiring the ability to influence without direct authority, navigate complex partner dynamics, and maintain high standards for technical architecture and business results. Collaboration with partners to shape joint roadmaps and ensure differentiated experiences for mutual Snap Pay customers is expected. The role demands a customer-centric individual who can also think systemically, understanding the intersection of payments, ERPs, APIs, and data flows, and translating this into durable platform capabilities rather than one-off integrations. Strong product judgment, technical depth, and executive presence, along with a track record of delivering new products and expanding existing platform integrations that drive measurable revenue and adoption, are essential.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of product management experience building and scaling platform or integration-heavy products
  • Proven track record of developing strategy by defining opportunities and problems, collecting and synthesizing data for prioritization, and measuring success to make valid conclusions
  • Aptitude in using Agile (scrum, kanban, SAFe) and product management methodologies to lead and partner with solution consultants and engineers towards business outcomes and delivery goals
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Microsoft, etc) or similarly complex enterprise platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data architectures to solve customer needs and expand use cases
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in complex, matrixed environments delivering measurable business impact (revenue, adoption, growth)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along your thinking
  • Bias for action, and shares responsibility for the team’s success and progress
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year ERP integration strategy that positions Snap Pay as a differentiated invoice presentment, sales order, and default payments layer within enterprise systems
  • Lead co-development initiatives with internal teams and external partners, including technical design, roadmap alignment, and commercialization

  • Advocate for Snap Pay’s priorities in partner discussions—backed by strong product intuition, data, and business cases
  • Drive joint GTM strategies with partners, including value proposition, certification readiness, pricing alignment, field enablement and comarketing
  • Establish and track clear success metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, time-to-implementation, revenue, SLAs)
  • Operate with a bias for action and ownership, navigating ambiguity and making high-quality decisions quickly
