About The Position

The Product Manager I performs defined, repeatable product-management work to enable senior product managers to focus on strategy, customer judgment, and prioritization. The role converts requirements into Jira work, secures and tracks cross-functional approvals, writes acceptance criteria and test cases, and provides Customer Success and Product Marketing with feature value propositions and target audiences. Work is assigned with clear inputs and outputs and is owned by a senior product manager. The role supports products including SprintPay, SprintPass, SprintConnect, and eModal. Responsibilities span discovery and research support; requirements breakdown and traceability; approvals and decision logging; testing and quality; and go-to-market enablement. The Product Manager I sources research participants, prepares outreach materials, synthesizes insights, creates and maintains Jira work items, coordinates stakeholder approvals, designs and runs test cycles, coordinates user acceptance testing, and tracks launch adoption among targeted accounts.
