About The Position

As Product Manager-Ecosystem, you will identify and develop new products with collaboration partners, support integrators (i.e. builders and curators) in using Symbiotic’s technology effectively, as well as help turn partner relationships into meaningful distribution for Symbiotic-powered products.

This is a high-agency generalist role for someone who likes owning ambiguous work, learning quickly, and making things happen across product, partnerships, and go-to-market. Apply if you are looking to grow and contribute to the cutting edge of DeFi.

Requirements

• Experience in DeFi, crypto BD, protocol ecosystem, or a related role (internships or demonstrable self-directed work count)
• Strong working knowledge of DeFi primitives, financial products, technical curiosity, and intuition for building products and helping partners understand how they can leverage Symbiotic primitives
• Organized and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple moving partner conversations at once.
• High agency: you are proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and good at figuring things out without waiting for a detailed playbook.
• Strong communicator who can explain technical ideas simply and build trust with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day partner for integrators, helping them understand how to use Symbiotic’s infrastructure, what is possible, as well as help structure and distribute opportunities that are attractive to LPs and aligned with Symbiotic’s goals.
• Support launches and partner growth by coordinating across ecosystem, sales, product, research, and marketing so collaborators have what they need to go live and scale.
• Work with our partners on distribution: identify how their strategies, networks, and credibility can help attract liquidity and usage into Symbiotic-powered products.
• Maintain a strong view of the ecosystem pipeline, partner needs, and next steps, and push opportunities forward with minimal oversight.
• Identify new potential products and collaboration opportunities with protocols, vault curators, yield funds and other ecosystem participants relevant to Symbiotic’s strategy.
