About The Position

Raspberry AI is seeking a Product Manager to own the core design and generation experience of their AI platform, which transforms how fashion and retail is created and brought to market. This role is central to the company's success, focusing on enabling designers to move from ideas to production-ready designs efficiently. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the core product, create "magic" moments for non-technical fashion designers, and manage the end-to-end generation and design workflow. This involves defining "good output," building evaluation habits, designing for trust and graceful variability, and balancing the needs of both everyday creatives and directors. The role requires running tight discovery, rapid iteration, and shipping impactful features.

Requirements

  • Ability to route around or reverse bad conditions like thin resources, missing data, or hostile stakeholders.
  • Strong product sense, combining aesthetic sense with workflow empathy.
  • Systems thinking ability; sees the whole ecosystem a feature touches.
  • First-principles thinking; reasons from the job-to-be-done and the nature of the medium.
  • Fluent in or fast learner of probabilistic systems; thinks in distributions and evals.
  • Resilient and creative under real constraints.
  • AI-native in work style; comfortable using AI tools for research, prototyping, and execution.
  • Data-driven; defines clear product metrics, uses quantitative and qualitative evidence, comfortable in Amplitude.
  • 3–5 years of product experience, having shipped meaningful products end to end with measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience shipping generative-AI or ML-powered products.
  • Background in or genuine curiosity about fashion, design, or creative tools.
  • Experience with enterprise/B2B products where the buyer and the everyday user are different people.

Responsibilities

  • Own the core design and generation experience of the product.
  • Ensure designers can move from an idea to something they'd put in front of their director.
  • Obsess over activation and turning doubtful creatives into believers in their first session.
  • Define what "good output" means for users.
  • Build evaluation habits to track product improvement.
  • Design for trust so non-technical users know when to rely on the model.
  • Manage variability to feel graceful, not broken.
  • Balance the needs of everyday creatives and directors.
  • Run user interviews, competitive teardowns, and heavy dogfooding.
  • Translate insights into shipped launches quickly.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity options
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Annual discretionary stipend for professional development
  • Annual company offsite that brings the whole team together
