Glean is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager for the Core Experience product area. This role focuses on the full-stack, high-polish, consumer-grade experiences that define how every user interacts with Glean. The position sits at the intersection of AI, consumer-quality product craft, growth, and platform strategy. The Product Manager will own the surfaces where users start and do their work daily, including Homepage, Mobile, Desktop, Browser Extension, and SDK, as well as the app shell, navigation, notifications, and settings. This role involves shaping a single, consistent product journey across all of Glean's touchpoints and closely partnering with the Search and Chat teams to influence the end-to-end user experience. Glean's strategy is to make Glean the central, contextual AI entry point for work, a single, chat-first experience. The Core Experience area is key to delivering this promise by focusing on engagement, session depth, virality, collaboration, onboarding, and rapid experimentation to build daily habits. The Product Manager will work closely with the Product lead and cross-functional partners in engineering, design, data, growth, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to identify product opportunities, enhance craft and polish, and translate vision into shippable experiences. Given the lean product team, this role offers an outsized impact on shaping both the product roadmap and the team itself. This role is ideal for individuals with 8+ years of experience, a strong industry overview, a passion for AI, and the ability to demonstrate granular product implementation skills.
