About The Position

The Content Platforms & Automation Product Manager is part of a new technology focused team within Marketing and will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of marketing planning, content process automation, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities at Keurig Dr Pepper. This role drives capability transformation at scale, improving speed to market, reuse, governance, and operational confidence across content workflows from intake through activation and measurement (including packaging, e-commerce, and marketing). This role will also build the data foundation required to optimize content creation and personalization by ensuring inputs are captured consistently, assets are organized with strong metadata and taxonomy, and performance signals are integrated into the MarTech stack, establishing data standards for improved content reuse, and smarter creative, audience- and channel-level decisioning. Operating as the voice of the marketer, this leader aligns cross‑functional stakeholders around durable, scalable product outcomes while setting vision, guiding teams, and aligning Marketing, Content, IT, and agency partners around durable product outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or marketing technology leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Significant experience in product management, typically including ownership of complex, technical, or platform products; content platforms, workflow, and/or DAM capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe, marketing operations and content production lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated success influencing colleagues and driving change in matrixed environments.
  • Strong product, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with applied AI and agentic workflows (agents), with ability to prototype and build lightweight applications/automations (e.g., APIs, low-code tools, or scripts) to validate use cases and accelerate delivery.
  • Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven content reviews and workflows.
  • Exposure to AI- or GenAI-enabled content automation use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and socialize a multi-year product vision and roadmap for end-to-end content and marketing workflows and DAM capabilities.
  • Deliver enterprise-level improvements in cycle time, asset reuse, compliance confidence, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate to drive adoption and standardization across brands, categories, and teams through strong change leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, agency partners, IT, and Legal to align requirements, manage risk, and accelerate delivery.
  • Elevate DAM as the system of record through improved metadata governance, taxonomy, and platform integration.
  • Establish the foundation and partner with agentic content creation teams to scale GenAI-enabled content automation.
