Role Summary We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to help lead our integration and go-to-market efforts as part of our partnerships team. In this role, you will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and joint initiatives to grow adoption of Mistral AI Studio through our partner ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, GTM, and partner teams to deliver cloud-native integrations that unlock new streams of revenue. This is a high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our partnerships, from integration and private preview to general availability and scaling. You will build a close relationship with engineering and GTM teams, define a joint GTM strategy, and ensure our offerings become a primary point of value generation for our partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in cloud, SaaS, or developer platforms.
  • Proven success in B2B platform integrations and working with partner ecosystems, especially cloud hyperscalers (Microsoft preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Hyperscaler partnership programs (e.g., IP co-sell, ISV Success, Commercial Marketplace onboarding).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure services and ability to collaborate with engineers on API design, integrations, and infrastructure tradeoffs.
  • Customer-centric mindset, strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to speak the language of developers, cloud architects, and DevOps professionals.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, collaborative approach and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand ecosystem trends, cloud buyer personas, and competitive dynamics.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product positioning, integrations, and features.
  • Define and champion the vision and roadmap for our partner strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (science, GTM, marketing) to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate throughout the partner ecosystem->Hyperscalers, OEMs, and others.
  • Work closely with partner teams and Mistral engineering to define, prioritize, and build product integrations.
  • Ensure our technical architecture supports security standards, scalability, and co-sell eligibility.
  • Co-create and execute a joint GTM strategy with field and partner marketing teams to accelerate co-sell motion.
  • Define value propositions, key differentiators, and messaging tailored to partner-specific personas.
  • Lead packaging and pricing discussions for partner offers, ensuring alignment with enterprise use cases.
  • Drive high-quality product execution, delivering intuitive and impactful products on time and within budget.
  • Architect the product around partner services and identify additional custom development requirements.
  • Partner with UX and design teams to create seamless, intuitive experiences for partner-native user journeys.
  • Incorporate continuous feedback from partner Preview programs, beta testing, and telemetry to refine features.
  • Establish and track KPIs (revenue generation, active users, usage, retention, user satisfaction, CAC, profitability).
  • Optimize product performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Communicate product updates, launches, and roadmaps effectively.
  • Serve as a company and product evangelist through thought leadership, blogging, social media, and industry events.
